Leila Pourtavaf is Assistant Professor at the Department of History, York University.
She was a visiting scholar at the Hagop Kevorkian Center for Near Eastern Studies, New York University (2020-2021) and a visiting assistant professor of Modern Middle East History at the Department of Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies, New York University (2018-2020).
